Gault&Millau names Louis Linster “Chef of the Year”
A great honor for a (practically) still-young talent: Louis Linster, head chef of the restaurant named after his mother, “Léa Linster” in Frisingen, has been named the Grand Duchy’s “Chef of the Year” by the publishers of Gault&Millau. The anonymous testers of the renowned French gastronomy bible selected the 33-year-old, who was given an unusually high score of 17 out of 20 possible points, in the fifth Luxembourg issue for the year 2024.
